Theatre Project STAGES Mission
The Theatre Project STAGES program provides quality theatre/dance education and performance opportunities at a low cost to its participants with scholarship and work study opportunities available. We strive to cultivate creativity in a supportive and nurturing environment and allow all students the opportunity to explore the performing arts regardless of their individual financial circumstances. We endeavor to create an avenue for students to develop their theatrical talents in an attempt to instill in them an appreciation and love for the arts and arts education.
The STAGES program offers students an array of theatre, musical theatre, and dance performance opportunities and allows them an opportunity to:
Summer Theatre Camp offers a student the opportunity to be immersed in the rehearsal and production process for a week-long intensive. Improvisation, basic acting techniques, choreography, and stage direction/movement will be taught. Each camp will conclude with a full stage production.
Each week will be a different production. No experience is necessary and all students who register will be cast in the production!
Production 1: June 7th - 11th - REGISTRATION CLOSED
Production 2: June 21st - 25th
Production 3: July 5th - 9th
Production 4: July 19th - 23rd
Production 5: August 2nd - 6th
** All students need to bring a lunch, snack, and water bottle every day
