THE THEATRE PROJECT OF GRAND JUNCTIONSeason 2025

2025 at The Theatre Project: A Season of Big Swings and Brave Stories

At The Theatre Project of Grand Junction, we believe in theatre that dares—daring to be funny, daring to be heartfelt, daring to be unforgettable. Our 2025 season celebrates community, creativity, and courage, brought to life by performers of all ages.

We opened with the quiet magic of Almost, Maine, then cranked up the chaos and charm with The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, James and the Giant Peach, and the spectacular swirl of Seussicalâ„¢. Our youth performers lit up the stage with Finding Nemo Jr. and Beetlejuice Jr., showing that big talent starts young.

This summer, we return to the classics with a fresh heart: Little Women closes June with grace and grit, followed by the joyful mischief of Nunsense in August and a 1920s twist on Much Ado About Nothing in September. In October, we descend into the thrilling shadows of Sweeney Todd, before ending the year on a high note with the magic and music of Mary Poppins—live at the Avalon Theatre.

Our Stages program roars back in the fall with Jungle Book Jr. and Newsies, giving young artists the chance to rise, lead, and shine.

Whether it’s your first time in the audience or your hundredth time onstage, this is your theatre.
This is your season.
Let’s make it unforgettable—together.
